How much does artificial turf cleaning cost?
We price per square foot, so you know the number before we show up. Basic Clean is $0.45/sq ft, Odor Defense is $0.65/sq ft, and Full Extraction is $0.85/sq ft. A 1,000 sq ft yard runs roughly $450, $650, or $850. Small areas may carry a service minimum — just ask when you request your estimate.
How often should synthetic turf be cleaned?
If you have dogs, quarterly is the sweet spot in Central Texas — heat accelerates bacteria growth in the infill. Without pets, twice a year keeps fibers upright and drainage clear. We offer Monthly, Quarterly, and Twice-a-Year plans after your first clean.
Is the cleaning safe for pets and kids?
Yes. We use pet-safe, non-toxic enzyme products. Give the turf about an hour to dry and pets and kids are good to go the same day.
Will cleaning damage my turf fibers or infill?
No. We use extraction equipment calibrated to the manufacturer’s spec sheet, not a pressure washer aimed at your blades. We also re-level and top up infill so the surface ends up better supported than when we arrived.
Does it actually remove dog urine odor, or just cover it up?
It removes it. Enzyme treatment breaks down the uric acid crystals that live in the infill and cause the smell. Deodorizing sprays only mask it, and in Austin heat the odor is back within days.
How long does a typical job take?
Most yards are done in under two hours. Larger commercial areas and heavily contaminated turf take longer — we’ll tell you the window when we confirm.
Do you need to visit my property to give me a quote?
No. Tell us the square footage and what you need cleaned and we’ll give you a straight number, usually same or next day. No truck roll just to hand you a price.
